The Oenologist-Hal

Hi, I am the owner of Bacchus winery. I made my first gallon of wine from wild grapes I picked. My father taught me how to turn the grapes into wine. When I tasted it, I was hooked. Come watch me produce the wine I sell at the winery and sample my work. I will teach you the craft of creating a spectacular bottle of wine. From Amarone to Zinfandel and learning to blend your own signature wine, I am sure that this will be one of the best and most gratifying hobbies you will master.

My Promise

I maintain a professional, innovative and entertaining balance in helping you understand the history, chemistry, biology, geography and psychology in the art of winemaking. You will be so impressed with every bottle you make, you will want to share it with your closest friends and family. Students will receive six months of student discounts to help you explore how easy it is to make wine in the comfort of your own home. I will be your lifetime coach.

I opened this unique winery because of my dedication and passion to winemaking. I have become one of the most desired and requested teachers for home winemaking in the area. My strength is an unmatched love for enology and vintification. Lao Tzu once said, "Give a man a fish; feed him for a day, Teach him how to fish; feed him for life." Let me teach you how to fish.
